Our Commitment

MNLV Marketing LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA (which includes WCAG 2.1 AA). Some content may not yet fully conform, and when we discover gaps, we work to remediate them.

On-Site Accessibility Toolbar

Every page of this website includes a free, built-in accessibility toolbar. Open it via the gear icon in the corner of the screen and choose Accessibility. Your settings are saved automatically in your browser and persist across pages and visits.

The toolbar provides the following adjustments:

  • Bigger Text: scale text up to 4 steps larger or 2 steps smaller, sitewide
  • Line Height and Text Spacing: adjust letter, word, and line spacing for easier reading
  • Text Align: left, center, right, or justify body text
  • Contrast modes: high contrast, inverted colors, and dark mode
  • Saturation: low, high, grayscale, or monochrome
  • Highlight Links: outline every link for better visibility
  • Dyslexia-Friendly Font: swap the body font to a dyslexia-friendly typeface
  • Bigger Cursor: enlarge the mouse cursor
  • Pause Animations: stop all motion sitewide
  • Hide Images: remove all images and background images from the page
  • Tooltips: show element titles on hover and keyboard focus
  • Oversized Widget: enlarge the toolbar controls themselves
  • Move Widget: reposition the gear to any of four corners (no dragging required)
  • Hide Widget: hide the gear; a small "Show gear" button restores it at any time
  • Reset All: return every setting to its default in one click

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML with clear landmarks (main, nav, footer) and a single H1 per page
  • "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users (WCAG 2.4.1)
  • Color contrast tested against WCAG 2.2 AA (4.5:1 minimum for normal text)
  • Keyboard-navigable interface with visible focus indicators
  • Focus is not obscured by sticky headers when navigating with the keyboard (WCAG 2.2 SC 2.4.11)
  • Minimum 24 × 24 pixel target size on desktop and 44 × 44 pixels on mobile (WCAG 2.2 SC 2.5.8)
  • No drag-only interactions, so moving the accessibility widget uses single-tap targets (WCAG 2.2 SC 2.5.7)
  • Consistent help, with the same contact options (email and phone) in the footer of every page (WCAG 2.2 SC 3.2.6)
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion user setting
  • Form fields with programmatic labels, aria-required, aria-invalid, and live error announcements
  • Properly structured forms with autocomplete hints for assistive technology
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is honored automatically in opt-out regions

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may have limitations. We are actively working to address:

  • Third-party embeds (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) which we do not control
  • Animated background elements that may not be fully avoidable on all browsers
